Coastal Mountains

This photo was taken in Ireland by Sliabh Liag.

I was on a trip with my dad, and it had been overcast most of the day. The photo was taken when the sun came out just a bit. It was a beautiful day and the perfect weather to capture the majesty of these mountains.

The image speaks to the journey inward, the quiet ascent toward self-discovery that often mirrors the climb toward a mountain peak. The coast reminds us that even in transition, there is grounding and horizon. It’s about finding the sacred space where the vastness of the ocean meets the steadfastness of the earth. I also love the in-between with the mixture of sun and clouds, finding peace in the middle of things.  I hope it resonates with others seeking their own way back to themselves.
